How schedule a photo session with you?

Go through my contact page and provide as much info about your project, and you will get a response within 24-72 hours.

What happens if I don’t show up for the photo?

You can reschedule your headshot session at least 24 hours before the shoot. Otherwise, you will lose the 20% deposit.

Do we shoot at a Studio?

Yes, we have the option to shoot in a studio setting. Depending on which studio we rent from, the price varies, but most studio rates are $30-$60 per hour. 

*This would be an additional charge to the photography services.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You cannot reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to your appointment date. For example: If you have an appointment on Wednesday at 3 pm, you can make changes anytime before Tuesday 2:59 pm. No cancellation after Tuesday at 3 pm.

What is the turnaround policy?

You get the raw images within 24 hours or mainly on the same day of the shoot. As for retouched photos, you get them within one business day after making the selection.

What if I am late?

We usually recommend our clients to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier. However, if you are late, we will have to shoot less. For example, if you are scheduled for an hour-long session from 5 pm-6 pm and you arrive at 5:15 pm we’ll finish the session at 6 pm as scheduled.

How do you accept payment?

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal.

How quickly do I receive my images to review?

Within 24-hours after the shoot. We are loyal to our 24-hour turnaround policy because everyone loves it.

Do I get all my images?

Yes. You receive an online gallery of the entire session.

Why doesn’t the quote you gave match the website price?

I do so many different types of work, and there are too many variables involved. I will gladly provide you with an accurate quote once I know all the details.  For example, with corporate and commercial assignments, pricing is not solely a function of the number of hours spent shooting. Licensing rights and usage have to be taken into account. The date and time of year may, in some cases, have an impact on pricing. I’m currently based out of Orange County, CA, and I take travel into evaluating the cost.  Once I know what a job entails, I can then give you a realistic estimate upfront.

When do I pay the total amount?

There is a 20% upfront non-refundable deposit once the appointment has been confirmed. The Remaining 80% will be paid on the day of the shoot.

*Product Photography must be paid 50% upfront

What to wear?

Wear clothes that are comfortable and make you feel great. Bring specific clothing to create various characters. As most of our headshot sessions include unlimited looks, bring everything you like. Don’t forget to press your clothes to give them a new look. Bring glasses. A jacket or a suit is an excellent choice for men wishing to look more professional. Pay attention to details. Layers, ties, belts are an inseparable part of a headshot wardrobe. Try not to be too eccentric while creating a unique personality.

What should you not wear to a photoshoot?

Avoid busy patterns, big logos, stripes, and anything distracting. Remember, that the most important part of the headshot is your face, especially your eyes.

Should I wear jewelry in a headshot?

Most industry professionals do not recommend it
